On Thursday, February 21st at 7 PM, Floyd Marshall Jr, founder of the Philadelphia Independent Film, is organizing a filmmaking panel that I will be on with a few lovely ladies like Jezabel Montero, Tiffany Yancy, Christina Faith, Jillian Bullock, Tia Dreher, and more!
The panel will answer a few essential questions: How’d you get that funding? What are the roadblocks for a woman of color as an independent filmmaker? How do you balance being a boss with everything else in your life?
