Digital Storytelling Workshop

HAVERFORD COLLEGE | FALL BREAK 2016

logo-haverfordThe Digital Storytelling Workshop comprised of seven students and two faculty members spending three days developing digital stories using learned concepts related to both traditional storytelling and modern multimedia production. Each participant arrived to the workshop with a story that they planned to explore over the course of the workshop to, ultimately, create a 3-5 minute video which featured a recorded voice-over and personally curated still imagery. The workshop included sessions on storytelling, taught by visiting Assistant Professor of Writing Nimisha Ladva, and on video editing software such as Audacity, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Photoshop. My short film, To My Motherland has screened across the U.S. and internationally.
